When this item arrived in our store yesterday I couldn’t wait to open it. I remembered it from the days when I worked in QC at Bedoukian and I was so excited I popped the lid and it splashed all over my arms. It took most of the day to wash off.
The good news is that I realized now this was the exact smell of wet dirt, or a piece of fruit that has been sitting in the wet dirt, just after a good rain. It has also been described as woody (cedar), herbal, even tomato, so I can only imagine what a creative perfumer might do with it. Hope you give ISODIHYDRO LAVANDULAL a try!
Perfumer Supply House will be not be taking orders from Wed. Sept 16 through Fri. Sept. 25. All orders received through Sept. 15 will be fulfilled during the closure, however there will be some delays shipping to non-US locations.
