This is one of my favorite amber materials, it’s dry but also has a watery/marine like aspect to it.
Works very well with Ambrettolide and Javanol. Very diffusive and 10% is a good strenght to work with!

Extremely diffusive and very powerful, tenacious material. Sharp woody-amber scent.
It literally fulled up my room when I dipped a strip paper and got it up to the air. And It stays and exude the scent untill today, 3 days after.
Even it is 10% in DPG.

This is one of the best woody-amber chemicals imo, both in terms of odor quality and performance. Very diffusive, great booster for many fragrances, softens as it dries down.
dzpisx –
Smells just like AmberXtreme plus a touch of Oud wood!

According to a PowerPoint I found by a guy named Dwight Kunder, this stuff smells exactly like Norlimbanol but it lasts much longer, and it projects stronger than Aldehyde C-12 Laurin.
From personal experience I can attest that Kunder is correct. I was told that I “was wearing too much cologne” when I went to work after spraying on something I made with only 1% of Ambrocenide in it.

Beautifull mixture of amber and wood notes, the texture is superb!

Amazing stuff! Diffusive! Super powerful at 10% (less is good too). Wonderful amber/woody addition to many of my formulas.

I use this in traces in every formula I complete to really propel to the top the more subtle aspects of a composition. It’s indispensable in anyone’s palette, I’d even go as far to say this is as much of a core material as ISO E Super and Hedione–but beforewarned, this is an extremely powerful material even at this dilution–I suggest diluting to 1-2% and working with that in trials to get the hang of it
karima alarhabi –
Wonderful. Has a very powerful and long-lasting top to base booster. Lends power to woody and ambery accords
Noor –
Great. Has High diffusion and power. Elegant base note, agarwood &Amber. Can’t be substituted with other alternative. If you like to create Amber type perfume, you should have this aroma!

Very nice woody amber. The oud note is interesting and noticeable, but the way it comes through in a blend is completely different from real oud. It’s more of an oud “effect” than the actual smell of oud. Traces can be extremely transformative. I dilute mine to 0.1% for ease of use.
