I find it strange that no one has reviewed this yet, as I think it’s so elegant! I have not used it properly yet in a blend, so my review is based off what it’s like on a paper strip. It’s warm, dry, smoky (without going in the birch tar/cade direction) and yet slightly damp smelling like a used palo santo stick. That’s meant to be a compliment. Like all guaiac-related products, it is soft, but that only adds to the charm.
