Outstanding material for those looking to recreate an easy green tea note in a single material. This material may seem weak in odor strength from the bottle, but be surprised in how it performs in a blend. Can be used for subtle clean-herbal accents in small amounts, or a full on green tea vibe in larger doses. This is something everyone should have in their organ.

Having tried for years to make a decent tea base, I’m very impressed with all these bases. However, i was put off at first by the ‘aldehydic’ descriptor. Don’t worry, it’s not accurate – I would say “nutty” (walnut or pecan) instead. Smells more like the dried leaves than brewed tea, not an exact match but certainly a good impression and not noticeably artificial.

The best green tea I ever tried .

Beautiful dry, warm green tea base!

A bitter, penetrating, yet very natural smelling green tea, use with caution as it can easily overpower a blend.
