Gabrielle Durand –
I’m so pleased that Christine is now carrying natural Ambroxan, which is an excellent addition to the natural perfumer’s palette. It’s a beautiful fixative for amber compositions in particular.
karima alarhabi –
really nice, love the smell

I really want to try this
Nelly –
So grateful for Christine for sourcing this beautiful material. It adds a lovely white musk note to perfumes and blends so well with a huge range of materials
Dutch –
I don’t know how, but this is superior to Ambroxan crystals from KAO Corp. I love being able to provide a natural musk like this in my formulas. Nicely done!
Russell Weiss –
Some thoughts on ambroxide natural against a few other ambroxan materials, namely ambroxan synthetic, ambrox super, and cetalox: The three others listed are dryer than the natural. The ambrox super is particularly sharp and dry, with definite suggestions of leather. While they all possess the characteristic core salty sharpness, the natural has a coumarin-like sweetness that is so pronounced I had to re-dilute it in another bottle to be sure I hadn’t cross contaminated it. This quality makes quite excellent to pair with coumarin and vanilla materials. It is outstanding with the aforementioned + vetiver and tobacco. It has become the key material that has unlocked the gourmand category in my all-natural perfumes. Beautiful material regardless of whether you are trying to stay all natural or not, as it markedly different than other ambroxan materials and can find use especially in gourmand and tobacco applications.
