Note: Ethyl Maltol is a powder. We recommend the following method to dilute it for use.
In warmed DPG add 1% to 5% ETHYL MALTOL then stir until mixed and cooled, to see if it drops out of solution. A real Stirrer, or heated Stirrer would be nice, but not absolutely necessary, if you choose a very low ratio. The higher the ratio, the more stirring and heating you’ll need.

A staple material for every perfumer. Cotton Candy sweet and full. Lasts forever and can lift just about any fragrance out of boredom. Personally I love using it along side coumarin, Maltol , Sandalwood materials etc.. Fun stuff.

I love this stuff. It smells delicious and dissolved in alcohol just fine for me.

Powder, dissolved in alcohol but I think I have the dilution wrong. Diluted to 10% with alcohol but barely noticeable…am I going anosmic?

Nope…I got it right. Days later….SUPER strong!!

I’ve purchased this material from several sources now. PSH’s is superior. Greater dimensionality and a beauty that reads caramel without a hint of burn found in others.
