It’s wisest by far to buy Hedione at PSH to be sure of getting genuine product. Hedione is sometimes or routinely substituted with generic product elsewhere, and there have been many reports of product not smelling as it should whereas Perfumer Supply House can always be relied on to provide exactly what you’re told you are getting on all products.

Fantastic ethereal jasmine, slightly lactonic. Can be used anywhere from 0.5 – 50% of the perfume concentrate, a must have perfume material.
I also agree with Bill Roberts, this Methyl dihydrojasmonate is of the highest quality – even so one should refrigerate it to avoid oxidization, spoiled Hedione smells slightly butyric, overly cheesy. Luckily this product stays fresh and doesn’t develop the off smell.

This has a very pleasant jasmine like smell with some sort of natural flowery sweetness. If you love Le Labo fragrances or their DNA, go heavy on this. You’ll come to realize Le Labo is nothing but an overpriced house with no art or creativity. You can go from 1-50% of the perfume concentrate with this and still have a pleasant smelling fragrance. If you mix this with Galaxolide, IsoESuper and Ethylene Brassylate, Congrats you’ve created yourself a Le Labo DNA. This is a gem of a material to extend mid notes and generally the overall longevity of your fragrance as well.
