Exceptional musk. I couldn’t smell it for a long time but mixed into a composition it gives incredible opulence and fixation. It doesn’t take much, 0.2% in one of my compositions and it’s perfect. Thank you Christine for providing these beauties.

I had ordered this and the Civet 150 Smp Synarome (which apparently is now being discontinued) as civet substitutes for very old vintage formulas, I used both and Civettone has become my go-to : it feels natural and blends beautifully, I mean without that overwhelming fecal note… I will keep using this one. Thank you for providing it at 10% which is perfect and affordable this way.

A world away from the very “challenging” other civet I have. This is completely approachable. The current Civettone doesn’t seem as strong as a previous one I ordered, though I can’t be sure my memory serves.
