Extremely useful and fun; imparts freshness to just about any kind of fruity notes and brightens Ethyl Maltol. Initially very overpowering but is easily softened when blended with Ionones and other velvety base notes. Much less sour than actual rhubarb so it might need some kind of acid to make it feel more “real”.
