When blended, I find this has some of the best facets of sandalwood. It’s creamy, soft, and yes: buttery. There’s something animalic hiding underneath which lends it a very friendly and sexy quality. I am currently loving this blended with my new obsession, Guaiacwood Heart by Robertet. An excellent material which I look forward to blending with more. Definitely pick this up.

Nothing synethic has ever been made to replace sandalwood, but this one does a good job. It’s been than buying sandalwood on amazon or the real stuff on another popular website, and this one has a viscosity unlike polysandal.

As far as sandalwood materials go this one is alright but I find it to have a strong “breakfast cereal” grain/malt vibe which can be very useful in gourmand applications.
