Tim –
Clean sweet mint; to me it is slightly softer and less sharp than peppermint and a little bit powdery.
Laurent –
Much more crisp, dry and focused than peppermint. Devoid of the superfluous sweetness and woody undertones that can sometimes be annoying. In other words, it does not dry down to a Palo-Santo-like note in the way most peppermint oils do (even rectified peppermint) which makes this product very clean and versatile. Very strong also, beautifully robust.
Nicholas Marotta –
Not a run of the mill mint. Clean, fresh, brings a certain calm and happiness. Not cold at all.

David Klausa –
Spearmint and peppermint are so distinct that I have trouble finding uses for them. While still on the peppermint side, this should function better as a general mint. To misquote Luca Turin reviewing Declaration: brisk and refreshing, like a cold glass of Sancerre.
