as described by the manufacturer it is clearly similar to methyl anthranilate but also has some additional sweet-aromatic tonalities. Unlike anthranilates it cannot form any Schiff bases with aldehydes in a mixture, therefore it is a good choice when stability is important (coloration, changes in scent over time)
