callumrorymitchell –
A very clean version of Hydroxycitronellal. Hydroxycitronellal can sometimes have an off-note: it’s not terrible, but some one once said it smells like oil that has been used to cook french fries and now that lives rent free in my head ever since. This doesn’t have that! Useful, important molecule. One that is not simply for florals!

That effortless kind of freshness with no harshness.

This is my preferred grade of hydroxycitronellal, I actually prefer it Cyclosia. The profile is clean, sweet, and free of the fryer-oil nuance mentioned by callumrorymitchell above (that was the most accurate description of the off note in hydroxycitronellal I’ve ever read!)
