Marcelo Gallegos –
I have been loving this material. It’s similar to what is described — there is a deep green note to it, perhaps earthy or rooty. I also get fruity nuances, and something distinctly animal about it. Animal mixed with soil. It’s an unusual material, and a little goes a long way. I find it adds a very sexy quality to blends. Works nicely with other green notes so far, but looking forward to exploring other applications.

The amazing smell of shoots, leaves and unripe berries of currant. The leaves of the vine, the soil. Long and diffuse. Dilution is not more than 10%, otherwise there will be cats.
Sandy Carr –
I can’t really rate this because I diluted it to 1% and it still smells like armpit to me. Should be interesting to add in the Tiniest amount to earthy fragrances.
Kristen Wegner –
It *is* sulfurous & catty – in high concentration. With significant dilution however, it adds a superb exotic green edge to other fragrances! Be very careful!
Mel –
Great stuff! It definitely has that characteristic catty mercaptan facet of Sauvignon blanc (thus the name) and then some. As others have said, dose carefully.

Absolutely strong and powerful, really helps me with a blackcurrant accord, and a green mango accord, too

There is nothing green or earthy about this if you use this neat! It is intensely sulphuric. It does have an underlying fruitiness and it does have the ammonia like aroma that’s associated with Blackcurrant ingredients. I’m giving this a 5 star because this is one of those ingredients that has almost a dual-like personality. It really shines at a 1% dilution or lower, so experiment with different dilutions first before dropping this into your concentrate
