Epimer content 20-23%
(description and usage courtesy of Zeon)
ZEPPIN® is highly epimerized Methyl jasmonate, which has about five times more epi-isomer than JASMONEIGE®. This allows even a small amount of ZEPPIN® in compounds to create significant effects and performance. The threshold of Methyl epi-jasmonate is less than one thousandth of that of the other isomer.
Methyl epi-jasmonate has been found in Oriental orchids, Honeysuckle, Carnation, Gingerlily, Tea, Mint and Lemon peel as well as in Jasmin.
ZEPPIN® is an essential component of the Jasmin base and the other white floral bases like Lily of the Valley, Gardenia, Honeysuckle, etc. In addition to fragrances and toiletry, ZEPPIN makes the compound more noble and gorgeous.
