georginaocole –
This is a beautifully balanced patchouli, very refined yet full bodied. It’s initially fruity and uplifting and then settles into a radiant, sheer wood, very characteristic. To me, it has some of the precious wood aroma of MD Patchouli absolute, but is a more versatile (and cheaper). If I had to chose one patchouli, I think this would be it.

Ditto to what georginaocole said. And for the record… I would wear this neat, it’s just THAT good.
Russell Weiss –
This is by far my favorite patchouli and the most versatile I’ve found. It’s like a very refined patchouli absolute – intensely sweet with herbal, wood, and dried fruit notes, but without the heaviness. It has an airy geosmin-like earthiness that I cannot get enough of – like fresh potting soil or rain on pavement.
Luc –
This has been my go-to Patchouli for a few years and each time I do something new and it needs some patchouli, I reach for this one right away. It’s round and settles into a formula very well. It is also very forgiving if you overdose with it.
Salvatore –
This really is an exceptional patchouli. It’s very floral and much cleaner than your usual earthy, hippie patchouli. Adding just a touch of this my any formula does magical things. This with vanillin is crazy good.

Smooth operator! This is a high (54-58%) patchoulol material that is quite elegant. I did a big patchouli round up and this is very similar to the much more expensively priced LMR patchouli heart No. 3 which is an MD product carried by others. Highly recommend!
